Prior to medical school, Dr. Andrew Wagner worked for an early-stage technology company on the West Coast. During medical school, he founded the national non-profit, Ride for World Health. After completing an emergency medicine residency and Administrative Fellowship, Dr. Wagner served as Assistant Medical Director for Emergency Services at The Ohio State Medical Center Department of Emergency Medicine in Columbus, Ohio. Dr. Wagner completed the 2011 Scholars Program. He is a member of the firefighter team.

Dr. Wagner received his Bachelor of Science in Biology and Psychology, graduating cum laude, at Bates College in Lewiston, Maine. He received his medical degree from The Ohio State University College of Medicine in Columbus, Ohio. Dr. Wagner completed his emergency medicine residency and Administrative Fellowship at The Ohio State University Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio. He earned a Master of Business Administration from Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University. Dr. Wagner is board certified in Emergency Medicine.
