Christopher Stokes, MD, MBA
Dr. Christopher Stokes is the medical director of Saint Francis Hospital South in Tulsa, Oklahoma and the Saint Francis Glenpool freestanding emergency department in Glenpool, Oklahoma. He has been with USACS since 2014, as part of legacy groups MEP and EMP.
Dr. Stokes grew up in Madison, Wisconsin, and received his Bachelor of Science in biology from Wheaton College in Wheaton, Illinois. He completed medical school at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and an MBA in Health Administration at the University of Colorado Denver. He completed his emergency medicine residency at the University of Virginia Health System in Charlottesville, Virginia. Dr. Stokes is a member of the American College of Emergency Physicians and the ACEP Section on Freestanding Emergency Centers. He completed the USACS Scholars program in 2018. He also serves on the medical executive committee at Saint Francis Hospital South.
Dr. Stokes enjoys traveling, skiing, and playing softball. He is an Elder in the Presbyterian Church in America and regularly goes on medical mission trips. Dr. Stokes lives in Tulsa with his wife and four children.
