Dr. Dan Snediker is the chair of the NCGB Clinician Wellness Committee, as well as the ED Medical Director at Florida Hospital Tampa. Previously, he was the ED Medical Director at  Forbes Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA where he also served as the Director of Recruiting and Staff Development for AHNEMM.  Prior to Pittsburgh, Dr. Snediker served as the medical director at  Brookhaven Memorial Hospital Medical Center in East Patchogue, NY, from July 2010 through January 2014. He completed the Scholars Program and 2010 and remains actively involved with teaching current Scholars.

Dr. Snediker received his undergraduate training at the University of Notre Dame in Notre Dame, IN, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Preprofessional Studies and graduated cum laude. He received a Master's of Science in Physiology from Georgetown University in Washington, DC, where he also earned his medical degree. Dr. Snediker completed his emergency medicine residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in Pittsburgh, PA.

Dr. Snediker grew up in coastal Connecticut and is thrilled to join his new group in sunny Tampa and be only a short drive to some of the nicest beaches in the country.  He enjoys running, biking and kayaking in the local area. He also enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons.
