Dr. Daniel Snediker is the chair of the NCGB Clinician Wellness Committee, as well as the ED Medical Director at Forbes Regional Hospital in Monroeville, PA. Dr. Snediker also serves as the Director of Staff Development and Recruiting if AHNEMM.  Previously, he was the ED Medical Director at Brookhaven Memorial Hospital Medical Center in East Patchogue, NY, from July 2010 through January 2014. He completed the Scholars Program and 2010 and remains actively involved with teaching current Scholars.

Dr. Snediker received his undergraduate training at the University of Notre Dame in Notre Dame, IN, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Preprofessional Studies and graduated cum laude. He received a Master's of Science in Physiology from Georgetown University in Washington, DC, where he also earned his medical degree. Dr. Snediker completed his emergency medicine residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in Pittsburgh, PA.

Although Dr. Snediker grew up in coastal Connecticut, he and his family returned to the Pittsburgh-area after a five-year hiatus. He enjoys running, biking and kayaking in the local area. He also enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons.
