Jason Hallock, MD, MMM, is the System Chief for LifeBridge Health’s Emergency Departments and also the Chief of Northwest Hospital Emergency Department. He has been with US Acute Care Solutions since 2013. 

Dr. Hallock received his Bachelor of Arts in Medical Anthropology from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA. He went on to earn his Doctor of Medicine from The University of Connecticut in Farmington, CT.   Dr. Hallock completed his Emergency Medicine Residency with the University of Chicago Hospitals in Chicago, IL. He completed Master of Medical Management from The University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business in Los Angeles, CA.

Dr. Hallock is Board Certified in Emergency Medicine, by the American Board of Emergency Medicine. He is a fellow of The American College of Emergency Physicians. He is certified in Advanced Cardiac, Advanced Trauma, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support. His memberships include: The American College of Emergency Physicians, American College of Healthcare Executives, and American Association for Physician Leadership. He is licensed in Maryland, Massachusetts, Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, and West Virginia.
