Joseph Kuchinski, DO, FACOEP
Joseph J. Kuchinski, DO, FACOEP, is the medical director at Neighborhood Health Center and the Culinary Health Center Urgent Care in Las Vegas, as well a founder and past-president of the Foundation for Osteopathic Emergency Medicine (FOEM), and past president of the American College of Osteopathic Emergency Physicians (ACOEP) and on the board of the Osteopathic Political Action Committee and a member of the AOA Bureau on Federal Health Programs. He received the AOA’s Distinguished Service Award in 2016, the AOE’s highest honor. He also has been active in postgraduate medical education and helped found three emergency medicine programs. Dr. Kuchinski has served as director of Osteopathic Medical Education at two institutions.
He earned his medical degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his internship (chief intern) and an emergency medicine residency at Hospital of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his final year of residency at Albert Einstein Medical Center at the Albert Einstein Medical Center, where he was chief resident.
