Dr. Roy is the Chairman at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore, MD. Dr. Roy trained at Christiana Care, and after residency joined USACS in 2012. During his first year with USACS, Dr. Roy served as ultrasound (US) director and instituted standard US workshops and guidelines for education and training.
In 2014 Dr. Roy became the VP of Education for the East & Mountain region. Together with his team of impassioned educators, they championed the implementation of web-quality improvement (Web-QI), education bulletins, flipped classrooms, APP off-sites, and APP procedural workshops.
