Timothy F. Corvino, MD, MBA, is President of the Integrated Acute Care division at USACS.

Dr. Corvino started with USACS in October of 2005 as a staff physician. After being accepted to the Scholars Program in January of 2006, he took on the role of medical director at the former Gaston Memorial Hospital, outside of Charlotte, NC. While at Gaston, he worked with a core group of physicians to build an outstanding team of partners who helped redefine the face of Gaston's emergency department to the community.

Dr. Corvino has since taken on progressive responsibility. He assumed the role of director of physician services and operations in 2007. His responsibilities included recruiting and working with new hospital partners to build relationships. Dr. Corvino served as start-up medical director in six emergency departments. Since 2009, he has served as vice president of physician alignment and strategy.

Dr. Corvino attended St. John's University in New York City, earning a bachelor's degree in pharmacy, and working as a clinical pharmacist throughout medical school. He graduated from The State University of New York at Buffalo, College of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences and School of Management earning his medical degree and a master's degree in business administration. He completed his residency in emergency medicine at the Ohio State University in 2005.
