William Lee, DO
Dr. William Lee, DO is the Medical Director at Mercy Health – Rookwood Medical Center in Cincinnati, OH. He is also the Assistant Medical Director at Mercy Health – Anderson in Cincinnati. Dr. Lee has been with USACS since 2012. He is a graduate of the USAC Scholars program, and a clinical recruiter.
Dr. Lee graduated from Anderson University, where he received his BA in Secondary Education, and attended Indiana University Purdue University at Indianapolis for his pre-requisite courses. He went on to Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine where he received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his Emergency Medicine Residency at UPMC Hamot Medical Center where he was Chief Resident.
Dr. Lee is American Osteopathic Board of Emergency Medicine certified, and is a member of the American College of Emergency Physicians, and American Osteopathic Association. In addition, he’s been active on several committees throughout the years including; Pharmaceuticals and Therapeutics, Orthopedic Hand Surgery Review Committee, Medical Education Committee, and is currently serving on the ED Council and Critical Care Committees.
Dr. Lee is married with one son and one daughter, as well as one foster son. He enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, biking, and attending Reds/FC Cincinnati games with the family. He has participated in several mission’s trips, serving medically in the Dominican Republic and Cuba, and aiding in construction efforts in Liberia.
