- Under the direction of USACS Chief of Clinical Innovation Dr. Jesse Pines, the fellowship can be accomplished from any USACS clinical site.
- Fellows have a national role in USACS and are mentored by the Chief Medical Officer Team.

- Highlights: Fellows participate in innovation projects, writing and educational opportunities, and the development and implementation of new care models such as telehealth, technology, and novel payment approaches. In addition, they address timely clinical problems, notably including the opioid crisis.
