Alexander Cook, PA-C, is a Director of Advanced Practice for US Acute Care Solutions North Division. Previously, he was a lead APP at Mercy Fairfield in addition to his role of regional APP. Alexander has been with USACS since 2015. His memberships include the American Association of Physician Assistants, Ohio Association of Physician Assistants, and Boy Scouts of America.
He earned an associate's degree from Kettering College of Medical Arts, a bachelor's degree from Indiana University, and a master's degree from University of Nebraska.
