Drew White, MD, MBA, FACEP, is President of the USACS North Division.
Previously, Dr. White served as a Regional Vice President of the East Division where he oversaw 30 service lines in six Mid-Atlantic hospital systems for hospital leadership and relationship management, totaling more than 650,000 annual patient encounters. He began with a legacy group in 2003 and has held several leadership positions throughout his career, including Executive Vice President of Growth & Development, Chief of Staff, Chairman, and Medical Director at several hospitals in the state of Maryland.
Dr. White is a fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP) and previously served on the board of the Maryland Chapter of ACEP, filling the roles of president, vice president, treasurer, and secretary. He also served as a board member for the Adventist HealthCare System and has chaired numerous hospital committees.
Dr. White completed his bachelor’s degree at the University of Virginia then went on to earn his medical degree at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. He completed emergency medicine residency at Johns Hopkins Hospital where he served as Chief Resident. Dr. White later earned his MBA and a Business of Medicine certificate from Johns Hopkins University.
