Dr. George Mitri is the Chief of Inpatient Medicine and National Director of Clinical Recruiting for USACS. In his role as Chief of Inpatient Medicine, Dr. Mitri works with the USACS leadership team to develop and implement high-quality, lean clinical Physician services that begin with patients in the emergency department and transition patients through their hospital stay and into post-acute settings. In his role as National Director of Clinical Recruiting, Dr. Mitri provides leadership to the clinical recruiting team in their efforts to provide Physicians and APPs interested in the practice with a best-in-class experience.
Prior to joining USACS, Dr. Mitri served as vice president of care coordination and hospital medicine for Aultman Hospital. He also served as medical director for AultCare Corporation, Utilization Management and Provider Relations.
Dr. Mitri earned his medical degree from Damascus University and completed his residency at the University of Missouri Kansas City.
