Dr. Falcone serves as president of US Acute Care Solutions (USACS), Mid-Atlantic.

As CEO of MEP Health, a founding USACS partner group, Dr. Falcone guided the company from a single hospital group to one serving 500,000 patients per year in 3 states employing over 250 people. As part of the leadership team, Dr. Falcone helped the company develop the largest observation service line in the state of Maryland as well as expertise in skilled nursing and urgent care to help hospital systems move from volume to value based care.

Dr. Falcone did his residency at George Washington and Georgetown University Hospitals and completed it in 1994. He continued his training in pediatric emergency medicine at Fairfax Hospital in 1995. Dr. Falcone is board certified in both emergency medicine and pediatric emergency medicine. He has served as the medical director of the Shady Grove Adventist Hospital Pediatric ED and the chairman of emergency medicine at Shady Grove Adventist Hospital and was the recipient of the Shady Grove Physician RISES (Respect, Integrity, Service, Excellence, Steward) award. In addition, he served on the Shady Grove Adventist Hospital Foundation Board.

Dr. Falcone has served as a board member on the American College of Emergency Physicians Political Action Committee, and the National Emergency Medicine Political Action Committee (NEMPAC).
