Brad Keller joins USACS from the UnitedHealth Networks division of UnitedHealth Group, where he served as vice president of innovation and service strategy since 2013, regional vice president of physician and hospital relations from 2008 to 2013 and vice president of network management from 2005 to 2008. In his most recent role, Brad was primarily responsible for the management of qualitative and quantitative research, synthesis of research insights into network operations strategy and creating a development platform to increase the efficiency of the company’s contracted physicians and hospitals. As a result of his accomplishments in this area, he was recognized as one of 25 UnitedHealth Group Innovation Champions in 2014. Earlier in his career, Brad worked in various functions including in sales and marketing, client services, network development and contract management. Brad obtained his bachelor's degree from Denison University and a master's degree from the Harvard Business School.
