Jayne Kendall, MD, MBA, FACEP, CDE
Dr. Jayne Kendall is a vice president of US Acute Care Solutions East Region.
She previously was interim ED medical director at CarolinaEast, as well as director and chair of Emergency Services at CaroMount Regional Medical Center in Gastonia, NC. After spending almost a year as an attending physician at Washington Hospital Center in Washington, DC, Dr. Kendall joined US Acute Care Solutions of Gaston County in 2006 as quality director before becoming assistant medical director. She was promoted to chair and medical director, and has served as a vice president since 2012.
Dr. Kendall earned a bachelor's degree from Indiana University-Bloomington and a medical degree from Indiana University. She completed her emergency medicine residency at Carolinas Medical Center, where she was chief resident. In May 2012, she completed the Executive Master of Business Administration program at Queens University of Charlotte. She earned her credentials from the Institute for Diversity Certification and is a Certified Diversity Professional.
