Andy Biga

Andrew Biga is the Chief People Officer of US Acute Care Solutions, where he leads the people and culture strategy that supports Clinicians and care support teams serving patients and their communities each and every day. In this role, he partners closely with clinical and operational leaders to strengthen engagement, well-being, and the overall Clinician experience across the practice.

With more than 20 years of experience spanning healthcare and other service-driven organizations, Andy is known for building cultures through innovative people practices where employees feel supported, valued, and equipped to deliver exceptional care.

Prior to joining USACS, Andy served as Chief People Officer at GoHealth Urgent Care, where he led the people strategy for nearly 7,000 team members across 400 centers nationwide. He oversaw engagement, talent acquisition, including physician recruitment, compensation and benefits, talent management, and employee relations, helping support Clinicians and care teams in a fast-growing, patient-focused care environment.

Earlier in his career, Andy held leadership roles at JetBlue Airways and Procter & Gamble, where he focused on leadership development, talent strategy, and the use of data and analytics to improve employee experience and organizational performance at scale. Andy holds a doctorate in industrial-organizational psychology from the University of South Florida and completed his executive education at Stanford University Graduate School of Business. His approach is rooted in the belief that a strong, unified culture is the primary driver of Clinician satisfaction and organizational performance.
