Brantley Tilman (Til) Jolly Jr., MD, was an emergency physician who joined USACS in January 2024. Dr. Jolly worked clinically at Inova Fairfax Medical Campus in Falls Church, VA, and practiced emergency medicine in the Washington, D.C., area for over 35 years.

During his remarkable career, Dr. Jolly held numerous faculty positions at both The George Washington University and Inova Fairfax. He was also a healthcare leader for Yellowstone National Park, the National Football League, the Department of Homeland Security, the U.S. Secret Service, and local first responder agencies, thanks to his renowned expertise in health policy, traffic safety, and emergency preparedness.

Outside of his clinical duties, Dr. Jolly was an avid golfer, never turning down a round, and a devoted UNC basketball superfan. He loved engaging in conversations about current events, history, emerging medical technologies, and even sharing tips for the most efficient grocery store runs. Dr. Jolly had the unique gift of bringing disparate groups together to work toward common goals, and as a physician, he was unparalleled in making every team member feel respected and valued.

Dr. Jolly was a friend, an educator, and a trailblazer for physician well-being, and will be greatly missed by his family and colleagues.
