Hospital Information

Meritus Medical Center is an acute care hospital with 223 beds and 41 bassinets, along with the most advanced technologies available. Services include a special care nursery, a level III trauma program, a primary stroke center, and a wound center, as well as a cardiac diagnostic laboratory. Opened in December 2010, Meritus Medical Center boasts State-of-the-art medical technologies that include advanced 3T magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), single-photo-emission computed tomography (SPECT) scanners, and cardiac interventions. The 500,000-square-foot, medical center serves approximately 475,000 area residents.
