Lisa Kraska, SHRM-SCP, ACC, is the Senior Vice President of Clinical Recruiting at USACS. She is a senior healthcare recruiting and talent strategy executive with more than three decades of experience building high-performing teams and scalable talent organizations. Lisa has led enterprise and global recruitment functions across complex healthcare systems and Fortune 500 environments. She has partnered closely with Physician leaders and executive teams to align workforce strategy with clinical and business priorities at organizations including UnitedHealth Group, Optum, Baylor Scott & White Health, and most recently Foot Locker, Inc.

Lisa is known for transforming recruitment operations through market intelligence, process optimization, and leadership development. She is a certified executive coach with specialization in brain science, a certified Senior Professional in HR, and an active volunteer. Lisa holds a bachelor’s degree in business from The University of Iowa.
