In order to be successful in today's healthcare environment, clinicians must develop their education beyond medical education and technical skills. USACS clinicians are increasingly required to engage in meaningful conversations, both with their patients and their colleagues. Difficult, emotional conversations are a regular part of a clinician’s day, so how can we ensure this dialogue is beneficial for everyone involved?
About the course
We have developed a two-day Crucial Conversations course to help teach clinicians skills that can help transform difficult conversations into powerful and meaningful dialogues. The intent is to help facilitate more productive conversations, so clinicians are able to make better decisions and improve professional relationships.
