Ryan Carletti MBA/HCA

Ryan Carletti, MBA/HCA, is the Senior Vice President, Clinical Recruiting, Operations & Analytics for USACS. Prior to joining USACS, Ryan served as Vice President of Shared Services at a physician practice management company where he led their clinical recruitment, scheduling, credentialing, provider enrollment, clinician onboarding, and travel clinician teams. 

With over a decade of experience in the healthcare industry, Ryan boasts an excellent track record of leading strong teams and building relationships with colleagues, clinicians, and leaders to achieve shared goals.
 
Ryan earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Mount Union and his master’s degree in business and healthcare administration from Cleveland State University. Ryan lives in Northeast Ohio with his wife Michelle and two children, Cecilia and Reno. He is an avid Ohio State Buckeyes and Cleveland sports fan. Outside of work, he enjoys coaching his children’s sports teams, golfing, boating, traveling, and having fun with family and friends.
