US Acute Care Solutions Announces Transition of Dr. Dominic J. Bagnoli, Jr. from Executive Chairman to Chairman of the Board

CANTON, Ohio, September 30, 2026 — US Acute Care Solutions (USACS) today announced that Dr. Dominic J. Bagnoli, Jr., MD, FACEP, FAAEM, has transitioned from his role as Executive Chairman of the Board to Chairman of the Board.

Dr. Bagnoli has served as Executive Chairman since 2018, working closely alongside USACS leadership to guide strategic planning, business development, and hospital partner relationships. This transition reflects the continued strength and stability of the company's leadership under CEO Robert Coward, and marks a natural evolution in governance now that the company's leadership team is fully established.

“As Executive Chairman, my focus was on making sure Robert had the support he needed to lead USACS with confidence,” said Dr. Bagnoli. “Watching him do exactly that over the past year tells me this is the right moment to make this change. Moving to Chairman lets me stay closely connected to the Board while giving Robert the full room to lead the practice forward.”

As Chairman, Dr. Bagnoli will remain closely engaged with the Board while continuing to champion the physician-owned practice model that has defined USACS' growth.

Robert Coward will continue to lead USACS' day-to-day operations as Chief Executive Officer.
