Compensation

  • Excellent compensation with an estimated employed W-2 base pay range of $60/hour to $87/hour PLUS comprehensive USACS benefits and a 10% company-funded 401k.

Hospital Details

A 467-bed-not-for-profit teaching hospital with volumes of 45,000 adult and 12,000 pediatric visits annually. Member of Lifebridge Health Medical Services, along with Northwest Hospital Center and Grace Medical Center. Patient services include medical/surgical, acute, psychiatric and rehab and the hospital specialty is traumatic brain injury. Comprehensive stroke center with IR thrombectomy and 24/7 in-house neurology coverage. Affiliated with George Washington School of Medicine, functions as satellite medical school campus with brand new state of the art Sim Lab. The development of a brand new department with several new sections beginning to open currently is set to wrap up mid-2025. New enhancements will include larger clinical spaces, more in-department radiology resources, and a state-of-the-art design.

    • 46 hours per day of Physician coverage
    • 40 hours per day of APP coverage
    • 24 hours per day of pediatric Physician coverage

  • Brand new state-of-the-art ED under construction to be completed by September 2025
  • Fully equipped with the newest advanced airway equipment for rapid resuscitation, ultrasound machines, on-site CT scanning, and separate entrances to receive patients from ground transport or rooftop helipad
  • Offers private family rooms, 24-hour concierge service for patient families, on-campus pagers for visitors and many other services geared to increasing patient satisfaction
  • Academic facility with multiple residencies (IM, surgery, OB, orthopedics, pediatrics, etc.) that rotate through the ED
  • Features extensive monitoring with the ambulance to hospital EKG transfer system and advanced cardiac stress tests
