Career Details
As a medical director at USACS, you will be responsible for collaborating with the hospital and nursing leadership while supporting and leading your Physicians and APPs. You will serve as a leader both within the emergency department and across the organization. Career Details
- Oversee the operations of the ED in collaboration with nursing leadership and hospital administration
- Supervise the EM staff, per the bylaws, policies and procedures of the institution
- Represent the ED in the community and within the hospital medical staff
Compensation
Excellent compensation with an estimated employed W-2 base pay range of $138/hour to $233/hour PLUS comprehensive USCAS benefits, a 10% company-funded 401k and USACS ownership stock, or an estimated 1099 base pay range of $170/hour to $264/hour. Additional leadership stipend included.
