Emergency Medicine Medical Director

The City of Mt. Shasta, nestled at the foot of imposing 14,179-foot Mount Shasta, is surrounded by natural beauty and offers many year-round outdoor activities. The mountain is the second highest volcano in the continental United States and has been a prominent landmark along the historic Siskiyou Trail - the track of an ancient trade and travel route of Native American footpaths between California's Central Valley and the Pacific Northwest.

As a medical director at USACS, you will be responsible for collaborating with the hospital and nursing leadership while supporting and leading your Physicians and APPs. You will serve as a leader both within the emergency department and across the organization. Career Details 

• Oversee the operations of the ED in collaboration with nursing leadership and hospital administration
• Supervise the EM staff, per the bylaws, policies and procedures of the institution
• Represent the ED in the community and within the hospital medical staff

Excellent compensation with an estimated employed W-2 base pay range of $138/hour to $233/hour PLUS comprehensive USCAS benefits, a 10% company-funded 401k and USACS ownership stock, or an estimated 1099 base pay range of $170/hour to $264/hour. Additional leadership stipend included.
