Hospital Details
North Central Baptist Hospital features separate adult and pediatric emergency departments to meet the needs of the San Antonio community and surrounding areas. Ranked a U.S. News and World Report Best Hospital in 2013-14, and most recently ranked by the same agency as the #1 hospital system in San Antonio in 2023, North Central Baptist Hospital prides itself on providing top-tier care for patients. The hospital offers extraordinary cardiovascular and labor & delivery programs, with emergent PCI and OB services available on-site. Clinicians enjoy a simple "one call" system for admissions and transfers and NPs and PAs practice independently in the ED, meaning Physicians have no APP charts to sign.
