• On-call services include: cardiology, neurology, general surgery, GI, heme/onc, nephrology, neurosurgery, ortho, psych, urology, and vascular surgery
• US with doppler, Echo, and IR also available

• Primary STEMI Center with in-house cath lab

• Staffing Model:
  • Physician: 8–9 hour shifts, mostly double coverage at all times, dedicated nocturnist, 52 Physician hour coverage on average over 24 hour period  
  • APP: 8-10 hour shifts
• EMR: Epic with Dragon
• EM Residents that rotate from VCU
• Vertical Fast Track with 2 rooms and internal waiting area
• Three CT machines in ED
• Plain Film Suite in ED
• Three In-House Interventional Cath Labs
• Receiving hospital for STEMI patients
• Opening a freestanding ED in December 2025 that will feed into our ED/hospitalist services
