Its motto is “Small Town, Big Heart” in reference to the hospitality and generosity of its citizens. It also has a federally recognized downtown Historic District and a Louisiana historic marker. In addition, Olla is the site of the annual Central Louisiana Bluegrass Festival each April. Add to that a low cost of living and a fantastic school district, and it is easy to see why the town of Olla is a great place to call home.
