Emergency Medicine Assistant Medical Director

An EM Assistant Director will have the opportunity to work alongside a supportive team to deliver excellence in patient care. Assistant directors are expected to support the EM director in overseeing the operations of the Emergency Department in collaboration with the nursing staff and hospital leadership.

• Supports the EM Director in overseeing the operations of the ED in collaboration with nursing leadership and hospital administration
• Helps with the supervision of the emergency medical staff, per the bylaws, policies, and procedures of the institution
• Represents the ED in the community and within the hospital medical staff

Excellent compensation package with both W-2 and 1099 options available. Base pay range of $165/hour to $270/hour. PLUS, industry-leading benefits including: $75,000 of Equity Ownership given to all full-time Physicians after 2 years of employment, up to $35,000/year from our 10% company-funded 401(k), $4,000/year of tax-free BEA/CME ($6,500 plus State and DEA license fees in year one for new graduates), 100% Paid Parental leave, 100% Paid Military leave, Comprehensive Medical/Dental/Vision/Rx coverage, Short- and Long-term disability (own occupation) and Medical Malpractice with tail and free litigation support.
