- RN to patient ratio: 4 RNs to 8 beds (peak); 3 RNs to 8 beds (low)
- Splinting done by Physicians, RNs

As a medical director at USACS, you will be responsible for collaborating with the hospital and nursing leadership while supporting and leading your Physicians and APPs. You will serve as a leader both within the emergency department and across the organization.
