Emergency Department
ED Volume: 20,000
- Staffing Model: 34 hours
- Two 12-hour Physician shifts
- One 10-hour APP shift
- EMR: Epic with Dragon
- Helipad for all emergency conditions requiring transfer
- Full-service ED treats a wide variety of acutely ill and injured patients including Sepsis, Cardiac Emergencies, Respiratory Emergencies, General Surgery, Stroke, Orthopedics, and Pediatrics
- Family Medicine Physicians with at least two years of Emergency Department experience are eligible to work at this hospital

Career Details
As a medical director at USACS, you will be responsible for collaborating with the hospital and nursing leadership while supporting and leading your Physicians and APPs. You will serve as a leader both within the emergency department and across the organization. Prior experience is required to be considered for this position.
Career Details
- Oversee the operations of the ED in collaboration with nursing leadership and hospital administration
- Supervise the EM staff, per the bylaws, policies and procedures of the institution
- Represent the ED in the community and within the hospital medical staff
Compensation
Excellent compensation with an estimated employed W-2 base pay of $167/hour PLUS comprehensive USACS benefits, a 10% company-funded 401k and USACS ownership stock. Additional leadership stipend included.
