Mercy Health – West Hospital was newly constructed in 2013 and offers a wide range of services, including a Cardiac Cath Lab with ECMO capabilities, Oncology, Orthopedics, and Spine Care. The state-of-the-art facility incorporates the latest developments in hospital design that have been proven to enhance the patient’s experience during a hospital visit.
Hospitalist Service
- Daily Encounters: 170
- 250-bed, community-based, non-profit hospital
- Hospitalists run codes and rapid respond; early or late Physician responds to the page
- Open ICU (mandatory pulmonary consult)
- H1B visa eligible facility; access in-house visa specialists; all required filing fees for the visa are paid and filing services are covered
- Board-eligible or board-certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine-trained Physicians
