Compensation
- Excellent compensation package with an estimated employed W-2 base pay of $126/hour PLUS comprehensive USACS benefits, a 10% company-funded 401k and USACS ownership stock.
Hospital Details
- Paragon EMR System
- 434-bed general medical and surgical hospital
- On-call services include OB/GYN, surgery, orthopedics, neurology, neurosurgery, cardiology, GI, ID, nephrology, ophthalmology, pulmonary, cardiothoracic surgery, vascular surgery
Hospitalist Service
- Daily Encounters: 52
- 3-4 Physicians a day depending on census
- Rounds on 13-18 patients per day
- Daily shifts admissions 1-3 per provider Hospitalists respond to RRT
- 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. shifts
- Some procedural training is available
- Hospitalists respond to RRT; no procedures required
Community
Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center is located in the heart of Hollywood. A sprawling area full of restaurants, museums, art galleries, and of course, the Hollywood Walk of Fame. The hospital is about a 30-minute drive from downtown LA, approximately an hour drive from LAX, and a 25-minute drive to the convenient Burbank airport.
There are plenty of hotels to choose from near the hospital. The hospital serves the multicultural community with top-notch medical care. The hospital is located on the corner of Vermont Avenue and Fountain Avenue in Hollywood, CA.
