US Acute Care Solutions Names Andrew Biga as Chief People Officer

CANTON, Ohio, February 2, 2026 – US Acute Care Solutions (USACS), the nation’s largest physician-owned emergency and inpatient medicine practice, announced today it has named Andrew Biga as Chief People Officer.
Most recently, Mr. Biga served as Chief People Officer at GoHealth Urgent Care, where he led the overall people strategy for nearly 7,000 team members across the company’s 400 locations. In this role, he oversaw talent management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
Prior to joining GoHealth, Mr. Biga held the role of Director of Talent Acquisition and Assessment for JetBlue Airways, where he led the enterprise recruiting and assessment teams responsible for filling over 5,000 roles annually and advancing data-driven hiring and selection practices. Earlier in his career, Mr. Biga held leadership roles with Procter & Gamble, focusing on global talent management and leveraging data and analytics to drive talent decisions.
Mr. Biga earned his doctorate in industrial-organizational psychology from the University of South Florida and completed his executive education at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
