US Acute Care Solutions Names Dr. Homi Kapadia Regional Vice President of West Division

CANTON, Ohio, October 31, 2025 – US Acute Care Solutions (USACS), the nation’s largest physician-owned emergency and inpatient medicine practice, announced today that it has named Homi Kapadia, MD, FACEP, as a Regional Vice President of its West Division.
Most recently, Dr. Kapadia served as the System Vice President of USACS’ Intermountain Health sites in Denver, CO. In this role, he oversaw a variety of clinical sites, including hospital and freestanding emergency departments, urgent care clinics, and observation units, and has helped to consistently improve metrics across the board. Throughout his career, Dr. Kapadia has held numerous leadership roles in various capacities and was recently elected by his peers to serve as the Vice Chair of the Colorado Regional Clinical Governance Board.
“We are thrilled to welcome Dr. Kapadia to our leadership team,” said Britney Anderson, MD, President of the USACS West Division. “He brings extensive leadership experience and clinical expertise to the table, and his tenure in both the practice and region is an invaluable asset that will serve our division well for the long-term.”

Dr. Kapadia earned his bachelor’s degree from Duke University and his Doctor of Medicine degree from Temple University. He went on to complete his emergency medicine residency at Denver Health Medical Center.
