100% paid parental leave

Birth mothers receive up to eight weeks of paid time off at 100 percent of their pay, plus an additional four weeks at 50 percent. All partners and spouses receive paid time off as well.

Paid military leave policy

Deployments longer than one month are considered paid leaves of absence. We pay your employee benefit deductions and make up the difference in your military pay, so you receive your previous 12-month average compensation.

APP alignment and retention

As an APP, you are able to earn USACS Incentive Units, which entitle you to distributions as if you owned USACS equity. Each time money is paid out to physicians, it is paid out to APPs as well.
