US Acute Care Solutions Celebrates Milestone Ten-Year Anniversary

CANTON, Ohio, May 15, 2025 – US Acute Care Solutions (USACS), the nation’s largest physician-owned emergency and inpatient medicine practice, celebrates its 10th anniversary today. This milestone marks a significant achievement in our practice’s history, highlighting the dedication of both the founding partners and legacy groups who have joined forces to advance their specialties and become national leaders in acute care. 

Over the last decade, we at USACS have remained committed to our physician-ownership model. Even amidst a challenging healthcare landscape and industry pressure to follow the status quo of scaling to sell, we have persisted in carving our own path.
