At USACS, we emphasize personal connections, and this program opens the door for us to foster new relationships we otherwise would not be able to build.
Here’s a look at how the process works:
- 1. The referring person sends a referral via email to [email protected] (or one of our Clinical Recruiters) and includes the referral’s CV and any additional details known about the referred clinician. Please also include the referring person’s full name.
- 2. The Recruiting Operations team, or Clinical Recruiter, confirms receipt as well as eligibility under the program. If the referred clinician is eligible under the program, the referral is forwarded to the appropriate Clinical Recruiter. (please review the Terms & Conditions for more information on eligibility)
- 3. Once the interview and selection process is complete, the referred clinician signs their USACS Employment Agreement/Contract for a full-time W2 or 1099 position.
- 4. The referring person is notified of the signed contract, and will receive the Referral Agreement, W9, and ACH forms via DocuSign to complete (please download/save the completed forms for future reference).
- 5. The referred clinician begins working for USACS and works continuously for 60 days.
- 6. Upon the referred clinician’s 60-day anniversary, the USACS Recruiting Operations team submits the referral bonus request to Accounts Payable, along with a copy of the completed documentation.
- 7. Once submitted, the referring person is notified that the request has been submitted. Please allow at least two weeks for processing.

*Based on experience of NP/PA. $500 referral for NP/PA more than 1 year of experience in hired service line. $250 referral for NP/PA with less than 1 year of experience in hired service line. New graduating NP/PA referral, $0.
