Diversity and Inclusion
Together, our differences make us stronger
At US Acute Care Solutions, we hold a firm belief that getting people with different experiences and backgrounds around the table leads to better decision making. We value diversity of age, gender, race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, family status and life experiences.
That’s why we’ve formed a Diversity and Inclusion Council, with the goal of incorporating diversity and inclusion into the workforce and workplace. To fully understand the issues in the areas we serve, we need to have people working in our emergency departments that reflect the individuals in those communities.
Gender diversity is not just a benefit for our team. It offers benefits for the health systems we serve. When clinicians reflect the diversity of their patients, the results are better care and better outcomes. Read more about why USACS is a destination of choice for women.
When a clinician in our group decides to have a child, the rest of us rally around to ensure they receive the time they need to pursue their dream of family, and the financial support they need to continue excelling in their careers. Learn more about the USACS Parental Leave Policy.
