- Focus: One-year program for didactic and clinical immersion in EMS Medicine. ACGME accredited since 2017, this program is based at a Level I Trauma, Stroke, and STEMI Center.

- Highlights: Fellows are immersed in formal didactics, administrative experiences, air/ground Critical Care transport, ground EMS, Paramedic/Physician response units, mass gathering medical care, EMS research, and multiple elective opportunities, including tactical EMS and Community Paramedicine. Throughout the program, Fellows will:
- Serve as assistant Medical Directors with one of the network’s affiliated EMS agencies and actively engage in all facets of Pre-Hospital Medicine, from emergency response and public health to disaster medicine.
- Engage in didactic and experiential education interfacing with medical students, residents, and fellows, including EMS board review.
- Receive support from a fully equipped EMS Squad for field response and have exposure to fly with LifeFlight, the first hospital-based Critical Care transport program in the Northeast.
