Hospital Satisfaction
In addition to providing the best care for our patients, we also work hard at maintaining the best possible relationships with our hospitals. Twice annually, we provide a Hospital satisfaction (NPS) survey in which USACS has consistently scored >50 (out of 100 to +100) since 2016. An excellent score for comparison is 50+.
National Clinical Governance Board
US Acute Care Solutions was formed by passionate groups from around the country to remain physician-owned. As physician owners, our leaders understand that there often is wide variability in the use and update of evidence-based guidelines for patient care. In some cases, two patients could have completely different emergency care experiences, even if they have the same complaints and risk factors. That is why USACS formed the National Clinical Governance Board (NCGB), to establish evidence-based protocols, assess clinical outcomes and patient experiences, and to lead the nation in quality metrics.

RESOURCES FOR CONTINUED EXCELLENCE
In addition to regular continuing education and training, we also have developed a robust library of clinical management tools (CMTs) to provide our physicians and APPs with the best tools possible to provide excellent care for every patient, every time. Our resources focus on common causes of poor outcomes, standardize care, increase efficiency and evolve as we learn. Perhaps most importantly, our CMTs are fully utilized by our physicians – hundreds of times a day.
