By learning how to speak to patients and to each other, our clinicians and staff can turn difficult conversation into more meaningful and impactful dialogue.
Our Scholars Program is designed to equip and empower our future leaders. Over 70% of previous graduates have served as site medical directors and over 90% have served in administrative roles in USACS.
Our orientation brings all newly hired physicians and advanced practice providers (APPs) together for an in-depth introduction to your USACS partnership. We cover everything from employment basics to improved performance and risk management.
Held twice a year, USACS Assemblies are open to every clinician in our group. These events unite our company around best practices and ensure common goals and a common vision.
